Ming-Ming is a wild turkey that likes to hang out around the building I live in. He’s kind of a bad-ass. And has somehow survived Thanksgiving. Pictures another time?
and…..writer’s block, yo. Supposed to be working on that damn essay. They never stop coming. And this is why I take computer science: no papers! yay. My thanksgiving was cuh-razy. Did a lil’ bit of this, a lil’ bit of that.
Spilllll….gotta get to work. My increasing incoherent-ness is a bit jarring.
I”ve had a very crazy last few days. Felt like I did nothing but work, but didn’t get much done at the same time. Oh lawhd. I’s be such a hot mess.
And so begins the paper writing…
I need to finish BBS.
Yeah…it’s been a long time, no?
It’s kinda sad I’m only writing her now because I have writer’s block. I’m writing an essay for an extremely intimidating fellowship program that could essentially set me up for the rest of my life. holy. balls. it’s reallly daunting and I don’t even know how to start writing the damn thing. It’s due a week from tuesday. ahh!
I miss this blog. I really need to finish BBS because I’d love to write a review about it….*sigh* we’ll see.
Anyway, I really want to talk about human-computer interaction, the americanization of computing languages, and how I would like to research improving both. Oh, and also how HCI varies across cultures, if at all. Oh lord. I really want this fellowship.
I just finished my essay for abroad for Japan and I think I’m a bit pooped. But at the same time I think this essay is standing between me and the rest of my day. I have lots to do! Okay. getting to it.
Hallo. This been a minute.
Guess what I did this weekend? Hardly anything. I played a lot of Okami and went shopping (spending redikkulus amounts of money) but that’s pretty much. And now I’m putting off going to bed, which I’m definitely going to regret in the morning.
More to come…..soon.
I’m thinking about doing videogame reviews…what do you think? Whoever you are?
Takin’ a break from BBS…Switchin’ to Okami…
I think I’m gonna make this weekend an old-school weekend. Breakin’ out the Sega, munchin on Dunkaroos and spending hours queing the “FINISH HIM” move in Mortal Kombat.
What a violent game that is…I started playing it when I was 3 or 4. Guess that explains alot.
